WSM Chamber Music Scheduling Form

How to fill out this form:

Ensemble scheduling is challenging! Please help us to find a timeslot that will work for all members of your group by doing the following:

• Give us all the days you can do, and all the possible start times on those days (including both weekdays and weekends if possible)
• Give all times as STARTING TIMES to avoid confusion 
• Give a RANGE OF STARTING TIMES where at all possible (for example, “4.45, 5.00, 5.15 or 5.30”, rather than simply “5pm”) – sometimes 15 minutes leeway makes all the difference!
• double-checking that the info you have given us is correct and doesn’t clash with any other current or future commitments
