How to fill out the scheduling form

Please help us find a time that will work for you by doing the following:

Give us as many day options, and STARTING time options on those days, as possible (feel free to list them in order of preference)
Give all times as STARTING TIMES ONLY, not ending times (e.g. if you need to be done at 6:00 and you take a 30 minute lesson, then the LATEST time you should enter is 5:30)
Give a RANGE OF STARTING TIMES where at all possible -- e.g. “4.45, 5.00, 5.15 or 5.30”, not just “5pm” – sometimes 15 minutes leeway makes all the difference in fitting you in!
Double-checking that the info you have given us is correct and doesn’t clash with any other current or future commitments
